Simon Laengenfelder won both races of the MX2 Italian Championship in Montevarchi. In the second race, Sacha Coenen quickly took the lead and led for several laps. Then Ferruccio Zanchi took over, but shortly after, he crashed. Simon Laengenfelder seized the lead and, despite pressure from Andrea Adamo, kept his composure until the finish line.
Adamo had to slow down in the final stages due to a small mechanical issue but managed to secure the Italian title with a second-place finish. Zanchi crossed the line in third, ahead of Coenen and Cas Valk, who made a strong recovery from outside the top ten.
