Wild day of racing at Hawkstone after taking a week off from MXGP. I came into the 4th round of the British championship with the red plate and left without it… An unavoidable crash in the first turn of Moto 1, and with a shortened race left me with a finish of 13th after coming from last. In Moto 2 I charged to 2nd after the leader got away following the train my teammate ahead created lol. Was an exciting end to the race of what I thought was a good clean battle, but Cas Valk clearly didn’t. Finished off in 2nd and salvaged points to only be 8 down with 2 rounds left.
