It’s a Stella Team for VMXdN Foxhill

Prepare for the most thrilling motocross event of the year as VMXdN Foxhill 2024 gears up to bring together the world’s finest motocross riders on Twenty-one + year old two strokes in a battle for victory! If you thought the competition was strong in the VMXdN International Team Race, then keep an eye on the Wright Engineering National Team Race. The Wright Engineering National Team Race is like a whose/ who of British MX. Among the lineup is Team Stella. True to their name, Team Stella embodies the spirit of excellence and has a rich history of incredible riders. They are more than just a team; they are a close-knit family of motocross enthusiasts who push the limits every time they take to the gate

Leading the charge for Team Stella is Ben Putnam. Known affectionately as BP or “Two Beers” due to his humorous claim that two beers are all it takes, Putnam is a cornerstone of Team Stella. His journey in motocross began at age four and took him to the heights of competing in the Red Bull National Series. Throughout the adult ranks, there were a couple of twists and turns, but with sheer determination and the unwavering support of his father and uncle Steve, Putnam continued to persevere. With support from Tim Chambers, he competed in the 450 MX1 at the British championship, although he soon returned to his preferred 250 2-stroke. After a short break, Putnam recently returned to racing with the encouragement of Team Stella owner Nathan Marston. Putnam is on a Husqvarna 500 and ready to give it his all once again.

The next man on the team is James Harrison, a seasoned pro with an impressive career spanning eight years in the British Championship and selected MXGP rounds. The multi-title youth champion brings a wealth of experience and a competitive spirit to Team Stella.

Wrapping up the team is Ben Harrison, Team Stella’s prized possession, who has a remarkable motocross pedigree. As an ex-MXGB rider for SR75, Ben’s accomplishments are a testament to his talent and hard work. His notable achievements include 4th place in the Red Bull Small Wheel Championship, 5th place in the Red Bull Big Wheel Championship, and 6th place in the Red Bull Rockies Championship.

VMXdN Foxhill is not just a Motocross event; it’s a celebration of the motocross community and the incredible riders and machines who make the sport what it is. The event brings together riders, teams, enthusiasts and fans from all corners of the globe, creating an electrifying atmosphere and memories to last a lifetime.
