Drew Anderson is a 14-year-old rider from Essex. He is currently riding a Husqvarna 125 in the MXY2 and 125 class’. Breaking his Collarbone only a few weeks ago, Drew is already back riding and getting good results! He got 6th overall in the Rookies and 2nd overall at the Judd Racing Premier Cup!
How old were you when you started riding?
I started riding when I was 4.
What was your first bike?
I had a KTM Mini Adventure.
What’s your favourite track?
Probably Fatcats or Preston Docks.
Have you had any nasty injuries?
No, not really. I snapped my collar bone a few weeks ago. Also broke my leg and ankle twice!
What championships are you competing in?
The Judd Racing Premier Cup. That’s it really.
Who helps you out? (Sponsors, parents etc)
My mum and dad, Destination MX, Kas Suspension, Advanced BML and Smith fencing.
What’s been your biggest racing achievement?
Probably winning a couple of races at the GT Cup on a small wheel. Or getting top 5 at the Judd.
Do you have any pre race rituals / superstitions?
Who’s your favourite rider? Old or new
What would you do with a million pounds?
Build a track, buy bikes and ride!
