Race Control: Canada Heights

A guide to the third round.

A guide to the third round.

The Maxxis British Championship continues to heat up, following the unfortunate injury that Jake Nicholls sustained two weeks ago. You'll undoubtedly want to follow the action on Sunday, now that the MX1 class is wide open, and our regular ‘Race Control' feature will help you do that.

Information

– We basked in glorious sunshine at the previous Maxxis British Championship round, Lyng, but it does not seem as though that'll be the case this weekend. The forecast is changing constantly, but it now says that we'll avoid rain until the afternoon. That is much better than what it said initially!

– Seeing as this is the Maxxis British Championship that we are talking about, you will not be able to watch the action live. For the fifth year in succession, however, we will provide extensive updates throughout the day. This is the link that you need to bookmark for all of those. Canada Heights provides us with a brilliant connection, so you can expect those to run efficiently throughout the day.

– You, the fans, can feel more immersed in the action this year, thanks to Fox MX Manager. The fantasy game, which is based around the Maxxis British Championship, allows you to be a team manager and sign riders that fit into your budget. Get involved! Congrats to the user who runs under the ‘214 Factory MX Team' name, as they won round two.

– A 2-stroke class will take to the track for the first time this weekend. Who will be competing in that? You'll find the full entry list on this link.

– If you are heading to Canada Heights this weekend, punch BR8 8DX into your navigation system to get to the venue. It costs £20 for adults to enter and just £5 for children under five. Do you need anymore details? Tweet us (@motocrossvice)!
