It is, unfortunately, inevitable that injuries will strike each year. That element has robbed us of the biggest star that the Maxxis British Championship has to offer, Tommy Searle, but at least there's a chance that we'll see him quite soon!
In for Culham
Josh Spinks: Josh Spinks sustained a finger injury at the beginning of February and underwent surgery shortly after. The Manchester MC Husqvarna rider recently got back on a bike, however, and is ready to tackle Culham this weekend.
Patrick Major: Patrick Major missed all of last year with a snapped ACL and torn meniscus, but is set to make his return this year. Major will partake in the MX1 class aboard a Herts MX Husqvarna.
Out of Culham
Tommy Searle: Well, Tommy Searle is certainly going to make this interesting! Searle sustained a knee injury in the United States in December and will miss the first Maxxis British Championship round, unfortunately, but could be back for round two. If he manages that, he may just be able to keep his title hopes alive.
Liam Garland: Following some difficult injuries, Liam Garland has elected to walk away from racing at the highest level. All of us at MX Vice wish him well.
