Lewis Hall is 14-years-old from Derby! Lewis recently switched from BW85 to 250 for the 2017 season. We caught up with him to get his views on last year and what his plans are for this year!
MX Vice: How did last year go for you?
Lewis Hall: Last year was probably the best year I've had racing, I raced the European 85cc championship and finished fifth overall which was a big achievement! And got a lot of good results in England.
You've moved to the 250 for next year, how are you finding it so far?
I stepped up to the Kawasaki 250f at the end of August to see where I stand going into the of season. I pulled out a race win at the British Youth Nationals and a few other good results too.
What series’ are you doing this year?
In 2017 I'm doing the Maxxis British Championship and the Michelin MX Nationals. Maybe a few EMX.
Have you set your goals for this year?
My goals for this season are top Three in all championships, and just to have fun.
Do you feel more suited to the 250?
Yeah! The 250 is so much better. So much more power and makes things a hell of a lot easier. [Laughs]
Is there anyone you would like to thank for the help throughout the last 12 months?
Just a big thanks to everyone at Team Green and everyone else helping me out. It wouldn't be possible without you.
