After winning all rounds of the AMA Pro Motocross Championship last year, Jett Lawrence continued his winning streak in the first event at Fox Raceway. In the second moto Lawrence was under a lot of pressure from his brother Hunter and later from Chase Sexton, but he still remained calm and managed to win the moto. Sexton finished second ahead of Hunter Lawrence.
Jason Anderson and Dylan Ferrandis finished fourth and fifth! Justin Cooper and Aaron Plessinger crashed at the start. Cooper managed to finish eighth and Plessinger came back to twelfth place.
