Gajser wins first moto MXGP France

Tim Gajser has won the first moto of the MXGP class in France. Gajser took over the lead from the injured Romain Febvre in the early stages and held first place for the rest of the heat. Febvre held on to second for a long time but Jorge Prado passed him in the second part of the race and finished second ahead of Febvre, Jeremy Seewer and Pauls Jonass. Jeffrey Herlings started the race outside the top five and crashed once during his rise to the front. After that he was riding strong and worked his way back up to sixth!
